We are seeking a User Experience Researcher to play a key role in understanding user behaviours, needs, and motivations through a range of research methods. This role involves collaborating with design teams to create user-centred designs based on research findings.
The successful candidate will work under the guidance of the Design/Research Principal and together to achieve the project objectives.
Conduct user research using a wide range of qualitative and quantitative methods, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing.
Analyze and interpret data to gain a deep understanding of user behaviour and attitudes.
Collaborate with designers and product teams to translate research findings into actionable design decisions and strategies.
Develop and maintain user personas and journey maps.
Present research findings to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in UX research.
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Kinesiology, Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or a related field.
Proven experience in user research, including familiarity with a variety of research methods and tools.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently.
Creative thinker with a user-centric mindset.
Preference given to applicants with Human Factors and Ergonomics experience: conducting Task Analysis, Job Demands Analysis, Process Flow Analysis, etc.
